Marc Gottesdiener has been a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #RCG.246, in the State of Connecticut, since licensing was established in the late 1980s. He is licensed to appraise any type of property provided Marc objectively feels his firm has the competency with the assignment. Marc has been an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and the CT chapter. There is a certified residential and general appraiser working with Marc to provide customers with prompt service, accuracy, and objectivity.

For over two decades, Marc has been appraised for court, divorce, bankruptcy in federal and superior court cases as to valuation in assessment and tax appeals, eminent domain claims, litigation of property claims, and other similar appraisals with a wide range of assignments from residential to commercial.

Over the years, the company has completed several thousand commercial and residential appraisal reports for banks, lenders, developers, individuals, attorneys, accountants, investors, and municipalities.
